Welsh folksongs were played in the background as I cooked up a Christmas dinner a few years back. While stirring the marinara on the stove, the Welsh singing inspired this little carol and by the time we sat to eat, the song was done. The chorus is easy to sing and the verses tell the oldest of Christmas tales anew.
