Sandhill Cranes

by Kate Power
A song to Nature's Father Sky, Mother Earth, Sister River and Brother Trees, Sandhill Cranes was inspired by a reading of Grandmothers Counsel the World, and their sacred healing mission here, followed with a murmuration of sandhill cranes who displayed breathtaking interconnectedness by swirling in the air above a mesa one snowy morning  in Paonia, Colorado.
