The oval medal is enamel with a small pink hand painted rose with green leaves in each direction. The back medal back is engraved with a halo around Madonna and Child. The front of the second medal is an engraved Sacred Heart of Jesus and the back of front medal is an engraved St. Joseph with Child surrounded by the words, St. Joseph Pray for Us, Bead crocheted and hand knotted on evergreen C-lon bead cord.
